FY Digital Services LLC

Applies to platforms operated by FY Digital Services LLC.
Effective date: 25 January 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of any website, domain, subdomain, application, or feature operated by FY Digital Services LLC (each, a “Platform”). By accessing or using a Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platforms.

Certain Platforms operated by FY Digital Services LLC are intended for adults only. Where a Platform is age-restricted, you must be at least 18 years old to access or use that Platform.

• We may require age verification and may deny access if we cannot reasonably verify eligibility.
• Where a Platform is age-restricted, you represent and warrant that you are 18+ and legally permitted to use that Platform in your location.

FY Digital Services LLC is a platform operator only. We provide digital infrastructure, subscription access, and tools for discovery, messaging, onboarding, verification controls, moderation, and related platform features (where enabled).

• We do not provide services directly.
• We do not employ service providers.
• We do not control, supervise, direct, or guarantee how any services are delivered.

Service providers are independent contractors. Users and service providers enter into agreements directly with one another. Any engagement, appointment, or service is solely between the user and the provider.

FY Digital Services LLC acts solely as a technology platform and is not a broker, agent, or representative of any service provider.

• Providers are solely responsible for their conduct, services, pricing, compliance, and all legal obligations.
• Users are solely responsible for their conduct and compliance when engaging providers.

Certain FY Digital Services LLC platforms may be age-restricted based on platform category, legal requirements, or platform risk controls. Age restriction does not mean that explicit content, sexual content, escorting, prostitution, sexual services, sexual contact, or negotiation of sexual activity is permitted.

FY Digital Services LLC platforms may not be used to upload, display, transmit, request, offer, negotiate, arrange, promote, or facilitate explicit content, nudity, sexual imagery, pornography, sexual services, sexual activity, sexual contact, escorting, prostitution, trafficking-related conduct, unlawful solicitation, or other unlawful conduct.

All listings, messages, profile content, images, reviews, and user-submitted materials must remain lawful, professional, non-explicit, and within the scope of the approved platform category.

FY Digital Services LLC may review, restrict, suspend, remove, or terminate listings, messages, accounts, or platform access where content or conduct violates platform rules, payment-processor requirements, card-network requirements, or applicable law.

FY Digital Services LLC does not facilitate, promote, or tolerate illegal, non-consensual, coercive, exploitative, trafficking-related, explicit, or sexually soliciting conduct on any platform.

We may implement verification and eligibility controls for providers, including identity, age verification, and payment method matching/cross-checks to mitigate fraud and impersonation. Provider onboarding may include identity document verification, payment method verification, and other reasonable checks designed to mitigate fraud, impersonation, and unlawful activity.

• Providers must submit accurate information and complete any required verification steps before activation.
• We may reject, suspend, or deactivate provider accounts in our sole discretion where verification fails or risk signals arise.
• Verification does not guarantee quality, legality, or suitability of any provider or service.

Provider verification is used to support platform integrity, reduce fraud, reduce impersonation, and assist with moderation and compliance review. Verification does not make FY Digital Services LLC an employer, broker, agent, representative, service provider, or guarantor of any provider or service. Providers remain independent and are solely responsible for their own conduct, listings, services, pricing, availability, and legal compliance.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• You must not allow others to use your account or impersonate any person or entity.

Access credentials and invitation codes are issued only to the email address used during subscription payment. Platform access is linked to the verified subscription email address and may not be transferred, reassigned, or shared with other accounts. Users may not create or use multiple email addresses to bypass subscription requirements, platform restrictions, or account controls.

All users and providers must behave lawfully and professionally. We may maintain platform rules, listings policies, and moderation standards, which form part of these Terms.

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive conduct.
• No explicit content, pornography, or sexually explicit imagery on-platform.
• No nudity or partially nude imagery may be displayed, uploaded, transmitted, or shared on any Platform.
• No unlawful solicitation or illegal activity.
• No sexual solicitation: The Platform may not be used to solicit, negotiate, or arrange sexual services or sexual contact of any kind.
• Message monitoring and enforcement: We may monitor, review, filter, and retain messages and communications to detect and prevent violations of these Terms, including attempts to arrange unlawful or prohibited services. Users acknowledge that message content may be reviewed for compliance purposes.
• Enforcement actions: We may immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts involved in prohibited conduct or repeated material policy violations.
• Duty to report violations: Users and providers agree to promptly report suspected violations of these Terms, including unlawful solicitation, sexual solicitation, fraud, impersonation, or other prohibited conduct, using the Platform’s reporting tools or by contacting support at support@fydigitalservices.com. Failure to report known violations may result in account action.
• No fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation.

Subscriptions grant access to Platform features and messaging functionality (where enabled). Subscription fees relate solely to platform access. Subscription payments grant access to platform features only and are not payments for any services offered by independent providers. No payments are processed by FY Digital Services LLC for in-person services.

• No response or engagement guarantee: Subscription fees provide access to platform features only. FY Digital Services LLC does not guarantee that any service provider will respond, accept an engagement, remain available, or reply within any specific timeframe. Providers operate independently and manage their own schedules and communications.
• Availability varies by location: Service provider availability may vary by city, region, and distance. Subscription access provides discovery and messaging features only and does not guarantee that a provider will be available within a particular city, distance, or timeframe.
• No refund based on provider conduct: Dissatisfaction arising from a provider’s non-response, delayed response, unavailability, cancellation, or refusal to engage does not entitle a user to a refund of subscription fees, except where required by applicable law.
• Recurring billing: Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled.
• Billing descriptors: Charges will identify FY Digital Services LLC or a related descriptor identifying the platform operator.

Unless required by applicable law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once billed, including for partial periods.

• If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support promptly so we can investigate.
• Initiating a chargeback may result in account restriction or termination to protect platform integrity.

The Platforms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platforms will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

• We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, conduct, or services of users or providers.
• We do not guarantee availability, quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any service provider or service.

Safety guidance disclaimer: Any safety, security, or support information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only. Such guidance does not constitute legal, medical, professional, or security advice and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of safety. Users and providers remain solely responsible for their own decisions, conduct, risk assessment, and personal safety. FY Digital Services LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or effectiveness of any safety guidance provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FY Digital Services LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Platforms.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FY Digital Services LLC, its affiliates, owners, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• your access to or use of any Platform;
• your interactions with any user or provider, including any in-person services;
• your violation of these Terms, platform rules, or any applicable law;
• any content you submit, post, or transmit via the Platform;
• any dispute between you and another user or provider.

Laws and regulations may vary significantly between jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, permits, and requirements applicable to you and any services you offer, request, or receive.

• Providers are solely responsible for ensuring that services offered are lawful in the relevant location.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that participation and conduct are lawful in the relevant location.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any Platform (including accounts, listings, or features) at any time in our discretion, with or without notice, to enforce these Terms, manage risk, comply with law, or protect users, providers, and the Platforms.

The Platforms and their content, features, and functionality (excluding user/provider-submitted content) are owned by FY Digital Services LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platforms without our written permission.
• You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process content you submit solely for operating the Platforms.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platforms, you consent to our data practices as described there.

Note: Account deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when these Terms were last updated. Continued use of the Platforms after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

18A. Geographic Restrictions and Content Availability

FY Digital Services LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, modify, remove, or discontinue access to the Platforms, specific features, geographic content, state-specific pages, or service categories where such action is considered appropriate for legal, regulatory, compliance, safety, or risk management reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platforms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
