FY Digital Services LLC operates digital platforms that provide account access, listing discovery, in-platform messaging, provider verification, moderation, onboarding, and subscription-based access where enabled. FY Digital Services LLC does not provide services directly, does not employ providers, does not arrange, manage, or control provider engagements, and does not process payments to providers. Users and providers interact independently through the platforms we operate. “FY” is an acronym for FOR YOU.

FY Digital Services LLC is a platform operator. Providers operate independently and are responsible for the services they offer and deliver.

FY Digital Services LLC may operate multiple platforms across different service categories. Each platform has its own rules, moderation standards, and (where applicable) age restrictions.

  • Approved age-restricted, non-explicit categories where permitted by law (18+)
We maintain platform rules designed to support and enforce lawful, respectful conduct and platform use.

Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions grant users access to platform features and messaging functionality (where enabled).

  • Subscription fees relate to platform access only
  • No payments to providers are processed by FY Digital Services LLC
  • Subscription billing is recurring and cancellable
  • Billing descriptors identify the platform operator
  • Access credentials are issued only to the verified subscription email address.
Platform access is issued only to the verified email address used during subscription payment. Invitation codes and login credentials are delivered to that email address to ensure that access is granted only to the authorised subscriber account.
Billing descriptors clearly identify us as the platform operator.

FY Digital Services LLC charges and accepts payments only through approved billing flows for platform subscriptions and, where enabled, nominal identity or payment-account verification checks. These payments relate only to platform access, account controls, or verification. FY Digital Services LLC does not request, collect, hold, escrow, process, transmit, or settle payments to providers or for provider engagements.

Provider availability may vary by city, region, category, and distance. Platform subscriptions provide access to listing discovery and in-platform messaging features only and do not guarantee provider availability, provider response, provider acceptance, conduct, service quality, or any off-platform outcome.

Compliance & safety

Controls in place
  • Identity and eligibility checks for service providers, including age verification and onboarding controls where applicable.
  • Age-restricted access controls for relevant categories (18+ where applicable).
  • Approved age-restricted categories may reference non-sexual nudity as part of the offline category description where permitted by law and platform rules. No nude images, nude videos, partially nude images, explicit content, pornography, sexual imagery, or sexualised media may be uploaded, displayed, hosted, streamed, exchanged, or transmitted on any FY Digital Services LLC platform.
  • FY Digital Services LLC does not permit sexual solicitation, sexual contact, sexual services, escorting, prostitution, trafficking-related conduct, unlawful conduct, or any conduct outside an approved age-restricted, non-sexual listing category through its platforms.
  • Service providers are required to act lawfully, professionally, and in accordance with platform rules and applicable law.
  • Moderation and enforcement of platform rules and professional conduct standards.
  • Data protection and privacy safeguards.
  • Payment-account ownership checks and identity cross-checks for providers, where applicable, to reduce fraud, impersonation, and abuse.
  • Cooperation with payment processors and financial institutions on compliance matters.
  • No facilitation, promotion, or tolerance of illegal, non-consensual, coercive, or exploitative activity on the platform.
Structured platform access and accountability

FY Digital Services LLC platforms are designed to provide a more structured and accountable environment than open, anonymous, or unverified listing channels. Where enabled, platform access is account-based and subscription-linked, and provider onboarding may include identity verification, age verification, listing review, selfie verification, and payment-account ownership checks.

These controls are designed to support platform integrity, reduce fraud, reduce impersonation, prevent misuse, and assist with moderation and rule enforcement. They do not constitute an endorsement of any provider, do not guarantee provider availability, response, conduct, service quality, user conduct, personal safety, or any off-platform outcome, and do not make FY Digital Services LLC a provider, employer, agent, payment processor, or party to provider engagements.
